Build a plan you can live with
Weight loss, body recomposition, and nutrition support without crash-diet energy. We make the basics clear enough to actually keep.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, competitive powerlifter, and USPA referee coaching out of Midtown Fitness in Helena. I care about strong lifts, clean form, and honest progress, but I care even more that training feels like something you can come back to.
My fitness journey started young, in a place a lot of people know too well: struggling with weight, body image, and quick fixes that were never built to last. Strength training was the thing that finally changed the conversation.
Lifting changed my body, but more than that it changed my confidence, my mindset, and the way I moved through the rest of my life. Now I coach people through that same kind of beginning, and through the next chapters too: beginners, athletes, lifters, moms coming back postpartum, people working around old injuries, and people who just want to feel capable again.
My mission is simple: help clients take control of their health, build real confidence, and become stronger and healthier inside and out.
We make the gym less noisy. You will know what you are training, why it matters, how your nutrition fits the goal, and how to tell when it is working. Some days are heavy, some days are humbling, but the goal is always the same: leave a little more capable than you came in.
Weight loss, body recomposition, and nutrition support without crash-diet energy. We make the basics clear enough to actually keep.
Muscle building, functional training, youth sports, and strength and conditioning that carry outside the gym too.
Squat, bench, deadlift, attempt standards, and the little details that make a lift feel less like a guess.
Areas we can build around
At the 2023 IPL World Championships in Eugene, I won my junior class with a 305 kg total. My best listed raw total is now 330 kg, with a 120 kg squat, 68 kg bench, and 155 kg deadlift. I am also a USPA referee, an IPL world record holder, and a USPA national and state record holder. Those things matter to me, but they are not the whole story. The real point is knowing what it feels like to work for strength when nobody else can do the rep for you.
A few pieces of the story so far: powerlifting meets, Arnold weekend, Worlds, training days, and the parts of prep that do not fit neatly into a before-and-after.

Junior Best Lifter. One of those days that reminds me why I kept saying yes to the next meet.

Arnold weekend, prep mode, and the kind of focus that makes everything else get quiet for a while.

Worlds, the red platform, and a lot of nerves turned into something I will always be proud of.
